Scope

These terms cover a private tool operated by Matiss (Creavio Outbound) that drafts outbound strategy documents and saves them to the operator's own Google Drive. It is single operator tooling: there is no public access, no sign up, no accounts and no fee.

Use

The tool may be used only by the operator, on the operator's own Google account. It creates documents and manages only the files it created. It is not offered to third parties, and no one else is granted a right to use it.

Documents

Documents produced by the tool are drafts written for a specific recipient. They are informational, describe an approach to outbound marketing, and are not a contract, an offer of guaranteed results, or professional advice.

No warranty

The tool is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. The operator does not guarantee that it will run without interruption or error, and is not liable for any loss arising from its use.

Changes and termination

These terms may be updated at any time by replacing this page. Access to the Google account can be revoked at any moment from myaccount.google.com/permissions, which permanently ends the tool's access.
