What this covers

A private tool used by Matiss (Creavio Outbound) to draft outbound strategy documents and save them to his own Google Drive. It is single operator tooling. There are no other users, no accounts and no sign up.

Google account access

The tool connects to one Google account, the operator's own, and requests one scope:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file - create files in that Drive, and see and manage only the files it created.

It cannot open, read, list or delete any other file in the account. It requests no Gmail, Calendar or Contacts access.

What is stored

• An OAuth refresh token for that single Google account, held as an encrypted secret in the operator's private GitHub repository and used only to obtain short lived access tokens for the Drive API.
• The documents the tool creates, which live in the operator's own Google Drive.

No Google account data is stored anywhere else, sold, rented, or shared with any third party. It is never used for advertising or profiling, and is not used to train machine learning models.

Who can see the documents

Each document is created inside a Drive folder shared as "anyone with the link can view", so the prospect it was written for can open it. Nothing about the Google account itself is exposed, only the document contents.

Retention and deletion

Documents remain in the operator's Drive until deleted there. Access can be revoked at any time from the Google account permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately and permanently ends the tool's access.
